1. Order Processing Time
Order processing times are of the utmost importance to us, as we strive to provide excellent customer service.
Every effort is made to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days.
Upon submission of the order, customers will be issued with a Track-and-Trace code, which they can use to monitor the progress of their shipment and its estimated arrival date.
We kindly ask our customers to allow 24 to 32 hours for the tracking information to update.
2. Shipping Address Changes
If there is a change in shipping address after an order has been placed, it is important that customers contact us as soon as possible via email with the new address details.
Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped by our supplier, we cannot alter the shipping address anymore.
3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times
We offer several different shipping methods for different regions with varying delivery times, as well as cost ranges depending on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order or based on a flat rate determined by your shipping zone.

Be aware that these delivery times can become extended during peak seasons such as Christmas or Thanksgiving, due to an influx of orders.
If your order has not been received within 8 weeks, we offer a full refund or a free reshipment.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO BOX addresses or MILITARY ADDRESSES at this time.
5. Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit
In the event that you have any suspicions of your parcel being lost or missing while in transit, please contact us by email and we will reach out to the shipping company to investigate further.
If it is determined that the package has gone missing, we will be sure to send you a new one free of charge or provide you with a full refund.
Similarly, if your package is found to have arrived damaged, let us know and we will make arrangements for either a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
